Mastering Your Quest

One of the life coaches that I am regularly drawn to is Zen DeBrucke. If you have never heard of her I recommend you check out her site at www.powermanifestation.com. The main thing I like about her is that she is so accessible as an instructor. She takes complex topics like the law of attraction and other new age ideas and blends them into easy to understand practical advice. She constantly includes her own life stories in with the ideas. After listening to her for a short while you will feel that she is a long time friend and adviser. She has released a four CD set of her teachings called ‘Power Manifestation’. I own this set and have listened to it quite a bit. In addition she has a paid membership that gives you access to her weekly phone seminars. I have listened to the sample sessions on the website and am sure that everyone would benefit from them.

Key to her teachings is the idea of the ‘Internal Guidance System’. The ‘Internal Guidance System’ is the subconscious part of everyone that knows the proper path for their life. It’s part psychic and part subconscious analysis of subtle clues. Kind of like when TV detectives say that they are following their gut. Most people don’t use it consistently because they don’t learn to read the feelings. Zen helps people understand the feelings and become sensitive to them.

One of the things that Zen talks about on her CD set is the career change that led her to teaching. One of the real challenges to any of us reaching our quests is telling the world that now we are doing something different. Our friends and family want to protect us from ourselves in making what they see as a crazy decision. Zen was at that point with her father and needed a favor from him. She almost did not tell him of the changes she was making but a prompt from her Internal Guidance System pushed her into it. It was the right time for the discussion and everything worked out for the best. She weaves her life story into her lessons and it makes her very likable.
